They aren’t most opposite from Personal Computer BIOS beeping, right? What’s a large deal?

They are supposed to be for their technicians to repair it if you send it in. It would obviously be a bad idea for them to tell you what the codes mean if you could fix the problems yourself.
So, to answer the question: Never.
At least until they completely drop repair support for the system, or a former employee leaks them.
